Michel decided to quit smoking, although it would not save him from death. He knows it. And this is his mother's fault. Having given him life, she also gave him death. After he put the family home up for sale and sent his mother to a nursing home, he started losing his hair and had a strange lump in his chest. It reminded him of his mother's cancer. Now Michel is certain that it is over. And that's when Aurelie decides to leave him and take half of the furniture. She couldn't stand him anymore. And, to be honest, I almost wished for his death.
