A southern family from Mississippi gathers for a hot night on a cotton plantation - today is the birthday of the Great Father. The searing heat is almost as oppressive as the lies they tell. Brick and Maggie are on the verge of ruining their marriage due to secrets and inconsistencies. The future of the family is in question and it is not known which of the truths is real and which of them will win. Sienna Miller stars as Maggie, alongside Jack O'Connell as Brick and Colm Meaney as Big Papa. Tennessee Williams' insightful, poetic story about a family's struggle for survival is a true masterpiece of the twentieth century.
