The film "Salvador Dali: In Search of Immortality" is a journey into the life, art and love story of the artist and his muse Gala. It all begins in 1929, when Salvador Dalí joined the Surrealist movement, and ends with the artist's death in 1989. The film was commissioned by the Spanish foundation "Gala-Salvador Dali" and offers a unique chance to listen to an interview with the artist and see exclusive footage that has never been shown before - Dali at work. You will look into the artist's famous workshop in Port Ligata, visit Paris and New York, which inspired the artist, as well as his native Figueras. Dali's place among the great artists of the past has long been determined, and the documentary will help you get closer to the master, whose image was itself a work of art - life and art are so closely intertwined in him that Dali found immortality as one of the key cultural figures of the 20th century.
