The story of how consumer society and the fad for "healthy eating" is actually driving us fat. Australian director and actor Damon Gamo films his experiment on camera, during which he begins to eat only food labeled "healthy" (good for health), in order to reveal to viewers the whole bitter truth about sugar, which is actually hidden in fresh juices, low-fat yogurts, muesli, protein bars and other "healthy" food. The film shows the changes that take place in the body of a young man, who does not experience problems with excess weight before the start of the experiment. Through an educational journey, Damon sheds light on the unknown facts about how the food industry is built and whether sugar is really something to be wary of on supermarket shelves. This movie will forever change your idea of a healthy diet.
