In the roaring twenties, when America was having fun to the sounds of jazz and every tramp dreamed of becoming a millionaire, several desperate boys met in the slums of New York. Removing competitors from the road, mercilessly punishing traitors and brazenly turning out sophisticated scams, they became the kings of the criminal world of the golden era of "dry law". They swore to give their lives for each other, knowing that the most important thing for them is friendship, debt and justice - not to drown in rivers of blood and the bottomless ocean of money. Many years later, fate dealt cruelly with the legendary gangsters, forcing them to fulfill their oath. It happened once in America.
