The story of the Italian mafioso Dwight "General" Manfredi, who, after a long imprisonment, is sent by the head of the clan to the godforsaken Tulsa, Oklahoma, to restore the criminal network there, without hoping for any positive result. It is more like an exile to remove him from influential leadership positions. But unexpectedly, Dwight achieves incredible success there.
